feeling defeated. back at it again up like 6lbs...

I feel you! Back up some weight today also; I keep going over in my head. What did I do ? I didn't fall off the wagon I've been focused. I have also been stressed out but hey that's life right ? We're here for you!

Maybe you aren't on the right diet for you. There is no one right way to lose weight. If what you are doing isn't working, try something new! There are loads of diets on here, and people following (and swearing by) many of them. Don't get discouraged. This isn't a game to be won, it's a life to be lived, and life has its ups and down in every area.

it is important to document fully what you eat to help guide you in what may be causing you to not do well. nothing is more frustrating then to work hard and not get anywhere. while the site tools are set to be perfect for everyone it will give you an idea of how many calories are your normal rdi and how many you need to lower it too to safely lose weight. You can adjust from there. It is work but I find by documenting I can see where I may be damaging my results.

I was never a fan of reading food labels, but, it’s amazing how companies are sneaking carbs in to innocent looking foods...I suggest a lot of reading...focusing on carbs has helped me lose 28+ pounds since Jan...eating real food from a grocery store

Reading is a terrible thing and the companies understand that people don't. Try reading beverage labels.

Thanks guys. Im for sure trying to watch my carb intake and stay on track with moving everyday even if its only 20 min. I need to be consistent.

It really sucks that food manufacturers put sugar in nearly everything! Seriously, why would they put sugar in horseradish???? I am so happy its summer, my veggie garden is just starting to produce some really healthy stuff. Good for you the eggs look yummy!

Actually, G_ortegam stress is a cause of weight gain. Believe me the stress hormone Coristal causes you to retain fat ... if you have life or work stress, try looking at a hobby or exercise that will de-stress you like yoga or some activity you enjoy. This could very well be blocking your progress despite your good habits. All the best :)

I know how frustrating it is to work hard and not see results and to give in to temptation because you’re not getting anywhere! Just hang in there!!
