Ty everyone, i super appreciate the support! I realize you don't know what i looked like before, lol, but i guess this is what 37# "released" ( love that!) looks like. Hoping the next 35# will look more dramatic. I did 32 mins elliptical and then hip hop dance. I can tell i have been lax. It is a sweaty business!

Ty so much for the encouragement, everyone! I have been slipping up all over the place lately, so i appreciate the encouragement to get back on track. @jehadyou, i am doing calorie counting, and kinda watching my macros, i am doing 18/6 intermittent fasting most days, drinking apple cider vinegar and working out (elliptical, dance and trying to work in strength training).
