Trying to get motivated to work out. I know i keep complaining that i can't tell any difference, but i *am* taking photos. I just tried on a bunch of clothes and my largest clothes are definitely looser. Not so stuffed to the gills. I usually lose weight "from the top down." This time i appear to be losing from both ends toward the middle, lol. Pics are of my new xl bathing suit. It fits! Sorry my photo skills leave a lot to be desired!

Keep on trying and you will absolutely notice a difference. Pretty soon that outfit will be too big for you. Stay positive.

You look fantastic, and have great determination to see the blue line and the healthier you! The gym can be your friend you will See more definition and burn more calories. It's harder for us to see our own change, your idea of capturing your success in pictures is a great idea!

Ty everyone, i super appreciate the support! I realize you don't know what i looked like before, lol, but i guess this is what 37# "released" ( love that!) looks like. Hoping the next 35# will look more dramatic. I did 32 mins elliptical and then hip hop dance. I can tell i have been lax. It is a sweaty business!

Ty so much for the encouragement, everyone! I have been slipping up all over the place lately, so i appreciate the encouragement to get back on track. @jehadyou, i am doing calorie counting, and kinda watching my macros, i am doing 18/6 intermittent fasting most days, drinking apple cider vinegar and working out (elliptical, dance and trying to work in strength training).

That's v.good. It seems you have good knowledge about the food . I finished my diet and stabilized my weight few months ago. I have perfect diet program If you interested I can share with you.

@jehadyou, congratulations on your success! Thank you anyway for the offer, but i am working to find what works for me, more with my personality and mindset, rather than any one prescribed program.
