It's so good to see that graph line heading downward! Yesterday I ate at least 5 fruits and veggies. It's a good challenge and has helped me eat better each day even if I didn't get in all 5. I came close and sometimes better than close.
163.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
