Today I ate 1 banana, 1 cup of grapes, a serving of French Green Beans, 1 cup of baby carrots and 1 cup of grape tomatoes. It's 6 p.m. and I'm at home. I should go for a 30 minute walk. We have to leave in about 40 minutes to go to Hernando for Bailey's ballgame. Today I ordered a pedometer; hopefully, that will inspire me to walk more. I also need to get back to Jane's Gym. Tomorrow I plan to work in the yard all afternoon.
