BEEN UP SINCE 230AM...goood wednesday morning...one of them nights..first i couldnt go to sleep..then once i got to sleep..must of layed wrong last night..hopefully specialist will call today with appt to see him soon...im past ready..

brought laptop in by recliner ...less chance of getting on road bike/trainer and doing a zwift ride if laptop is in a different room...

rode recumbent bike again this morning about 5am...8.9 miles in 40 min...but not my idea way of riding...just what i have to do..if i want to get my morning natural high..i so enjoy that..yes im addicted to that feeling..only way to start a day off right..

found someone to cut grass while im healing ...was worried about that among other things..just trying to get things took care of before im put on sick leave from my normal day...

weight had been coming down ..but today it was up some..not sure why..not sure if its cause of inflamation in shoulder or what it is..

i do think that alot of the nurses, doctors, and lab techs are surprised how a guy my size..can be in so good a shape to be able to lay on a bed..well a therpists bed..an lift my legs together like its nothing..an really im sure all the peddlin i do..has made all that possible..

well...time to quit babblin for today..time to close this journal...

Happy hump day bruddah! Keep up the 'do what you have to do' attitude rollin' while you recover and rehab. That alone is some of the best medicine!

Waiting on appt from specialists ...once I get to see him...then I can answer more questions...the therapy did help some..but didn't take care of my shoulder feeling like it's not able to move all the way....

Appt is set for may 23 at 1pm...45 miles away to where I have to go to see specialists.....so another week before I know what it's gonna take to heal...
