Good Thursday afternoon...just got done cutting grass after taking pain meds to make it easier on my shoulder....
specialist apt next wed the 23...no therapy until then less I choose to do the ones they gave me todo...kinda up to me..depending on pain level...have ice on it right now...
Just want to get something done...and off the pain meds...slept 9.5 hours last night...have been hurting more..so took meds last night for a change..slept better...
Well need to get up and move alittle..

I'd lay off the therapy until you see the specialist doc and lay out a plan for that tear. In my experience its to easy to aggravate it and make it worse. You may want to mix in some turmeric, I've found it helps reduce the inflammation around injuries. Hang in there bud, do what you can to keep your spirits up and focus on healing.

Shoulder....pain meds....zwift...place ice back on shoulder...15.6 miles on zwift...1:04 on time...couldnt help myself...hated to see the pain meds not get fully used..well ok...i needed the workout...

note to self...when riding outside..wear a helmet...and don't leave the house till the sun comes up...

I hope you can walk more instead of riding. You need to rest that shoulder to avoid making it worse. Take care, Mike 🙂

You should try essential oils!! Young living is my life Saver, I have Graves’ disease and so many pains in my muscles and joint for no reason and o make this cream that we call morphine balm that does wonders. My husband who is a sceptic calls it my voodoo lol
