Steven Anthony's Journal, 05 May 2018

Day nineteen of my 90-day program was fine. I woke up early and very well rested. I seem to sleep good eating this way with this amount of exercise. I made a big meal and ate it before 11:00 am when I started my 72 hr fast for this weekend. I felt a little weak and dizzy, so I drank more water and felt better. Only slightly hungry in the evening.

My plan is to go hiking today with just water and take naps and rest later on. Feeling really good about where I am in the progress of my weight loss. This approach is extreme but I hope to reach my goal by August.

well you go with your bad self Steven and I will cheer you on to your goal btw... your doing a fantastic job and enjoy that hike...Im a little jealous... its a 12 hr day for me but Im happy you can enjoy it my friend;)
