Hey all my FS Buddies!
How is everyone doing these days? I had a little bit of a carbolooza this past weekend but not horrible...and, of course, jumped right back on the protein wagon so not much damage done.
I have not jumped on the Idiot Box in a while...seems I am doing about the same there...but I am gaining strength and endurance at Orange Theory Fitness.
I see change, so that is positive. I am focusing on health of my heart muscle and cardio endurance; and muscle building to help with bone density. This is all the crap us older women need to do to stay healthy, right?
I will be 59 years of age next week! Rock On!
I am dedicated, determined, and diligent!
