I am 47 and the proud grandmother of a beautiful little girl. I have always been overweight losing it occasionally and then gaining it back. I am fairly active and at times very active having run 3 marathons and lots of other races (well not really run but finished)
I want to lose weight and keep it off this time which is always my downfall
I started at 94kg, but it reset at 91, dont know why.
Goals - 90kg - yay got below here and stayed below for a week
- 85kg - I this weighed when I completed my first marathon 2007
- 83kg
- 80kg - this was what I weighed when I got married 20 years ago
and 1kg under my top end ideal weight
- 78kg - this will be the lowest I have ever been as an adult
- 76kg - this is 5kg under my top ideal weight
waist - 35" - yay got there and clothes fitting better
- 34"
- 33"
- 32"
- 31"
- 30"
