Unsupportive or Understandable, what's your take?
While I don't condone what this guy said, I think there's something to be said for not staying in a relationship with someone you're not physically attracted to. And yes, that includes weight.

Working out at home

I am looking for exercises to replace seated leg curls, leg extensions/press and lying curls for hamstrings.
Also any suggestions for back exercises to replace seated rows, front & rear pull downs?
Squats, deadlifts, cleans.
Pendlay rows, chinups.

The Gym
Sounds like your workouts and/or diet are not effective.
You don't eat near enough for someone your size. I'd start eating 2000 calories a day for a month including 1g protein per pound of lean body mass, see how your weight changes. If it has not decreased by 2+lbs, drop to 1750 calories.
Also, try a beginner strength program comprised of compound lifts. Google 'starting strength' or 'stronglifts 5x5'.
