At work last week we had a group of kids here getting ready for an upcoming event. We ordered pizza each day they were here (3 days). I couldn't control myself. I have continued my daily regime of drinking 64oz of water/day, exercising 45min-1hr/day, but I splurged on the pizza and it was heavenly! It'd been months since I'd had pizza. Anyway, the extreme increase in calories must have kicked me out of the plateau as I lost a pound this week. Who knew pizza would do the trick!! :) We'll see what happens this week.

You are doing great, just keep on going, your not too far from your goal. What kind of exercise do you do? Do you have a partner cause your doing really good?

So funny, I never crave or even want pizza unless I am on a diet, you were making me drool talking about it:) Sometimes you need to up your calories for a few days to shake things up on a plateau, I'm glad it worked for you!
