Well, after a trip to St. Louis for the weekend I ended up gaining 3lbs!! The trip was over the July 4th weekend, and I delayed weighing in because I thought when I returned and got back in the groove it would come off. It's not!!!

I'm not gaining or losing which makes me think I've hit the dreaded plateau. Tomorrow is my last day in Phase III and since I'm exactly 10lbs from my goal I'm going back into Phase I. It's very discouraging to have a slight weight gain and then plateau.

Don't get me wrong, I may be discouraged, but I am happy. I'm now in my healthy weight range, BMI, and I'm at the weight I was when I graduated high school. BUT, I want to lose 10 more. Then I'll be at my goal.

PLAN: Friday I'll start back with Phase I while keeping my exercise at 45 minutes/1 hour.

Any other ideas to getting out of this plateau I'd welcome!!! I've tried calorie increase and that didn't work. Going back to phase I with the increase in exercise is all I can think of!
155.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Sorry for the gain, but it isn't much....you can drop it if you just stick with things....I think going back to Phase I will work great for you! Just remember to stick with things and don't let this laps gets you down! I have plateaued also...I am going to start the EFS diet on Monday to see if that helps me....we shell soon see! Good luck tough, I know you can do it!

Sorry to here about the gain! I suggest you add more water and more exercise to try and break through the plateau. I went to St Louis for the 1st time this last March and had lots of fun:)
