246 lbs vs 186 lbs. Sorry, I know I post a comparison picture on here like once a month, but I'm really proud, and I'm also really happy to be finally comfortable in my body again. So yay, down 60 lbs in 10 months on a BALANCED diet.

losemyfatbelly I've lost an inch off each arm and my neck, a couple off my thighs, like four off my underbust, and I think six or seven off my belly (haven't measured in like two months so idk)

heatherbeck I do go to the gym an average of about twice a week, but I thank my calorie counting for at least 90% of my results. any exercise or any specific diet is useless without a proper deficit.

so true I have been limiting my calories as well to about 1000 to 1100 a day, and walk everyday for about 30 min or more....hope it helps I want to lose 5 morepounds by Xmas
