Have been dieting my whole life ranging between 275 to 185 this will be the last time. Any type of stretchy pants will never be bought again and good eating habits with exercise will be the norm.

Hi Adrian,One thing to consider might be exercises you can do sitting down. Maybe various sets of arm raises, shoulder shrugs ,slight side bends. I would google something like seated workouts or working out in a chair see what you can find. Good luck!!

RESET!!!
How were you able to reset it. The best I can do is choose moderate weight loss 1 pound a week. With an RDI of 3000 cal I want to lower it to 1300. Thanks
