Cholesterol was 239, then started keto was 229.. water fast now it's 194!! Yes!! Said LDL looked great, thyroid normal.

Boom, yes!!

That's great. I lost 23 lbs. on Keto in three months, but needed to go to traditional Atkins. My LDL went from 70 to 140. All that fat turned out to be artery clogging. However, just 15 lbs to go.

I'm so glad it sounds as if your doctor is monitoring your effort. I've been worried about you. I fasted for just 2 days and hardly made it through the 2nd day. I keep worrying you are going to pass out or something.

When I am low on electrolytes I sometimes feel light-headed but when I feel this way I'm sure to take salt potassium and magnesium if I keep up on that I don't feel light headed.
