I'm on day 3 of phase 1. I didn't exercise today do to leg pain - thought resting today was more beneficial in the long run.

Sticking to the plam, but I am hungry. I'm hoping that subsides. I'm not craving which is good though.

Sticking to the plan is the thing to do. Great job!

have a small snack if you are hungry. Dont deny yourself food, just think of something really healthy that you like.

And tomorrow is Day 4....One day at a time...All u can do is stay focused on a daily basis....you WILL achieve your goals....Keep telling yourself that....Great loss to start with....And look around the site - there are plenty of ideas for snacks...No need to be hungry...choosing the RIGHT foods may be difficult for a few days - but it WILL become second nature....I'm on Day 41 - had a couple of "falls" - but I got right back up again.....Remember, One day at a time....Keep the chart going in the right direction....

Eat some cheese or nuts, or even a few peices of lunch meat. It might not be what you are craving, but it will help, trust me. The cravings will go away in a few days, but until then, just be sure to eat enough and often enough. You are not supposed to let yourself get overly hungry on this diet.

I agree with Lotus the cheese and nuts helped me in the begining...I even wrapped lunch meat up lettuce (lettuce wraps). I am on day 10 of phase one and I haven't had cravings since about day 5...You can do it!!!

I agree with Lotus & sonamb23...I ate the same thing when I thought I was starving....lettuce wraps and cheese & nuts..and good point about not letting yourself get to hungry! Hang in there!

Absolutely don't get hungry; eat what you are able to when that feeling comes over you. We are not supposed to be hungry for there is no limit really on making ourselves satisfied with good food choices, several times a day. If it's the OTHER food you are missing, that will pass.
