Weighing in a day early, since I will weigh in 2 days early before I leave for WDW. Nice to see I am back to a decent loss again. Yea me! Might make my 230 goal before I leave for WDW.
232.4 lb Lost so far: 105.0 lb.    Still to go: 32.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
