This plan does say "Never try this menu while not on hgc drops," so I don't think they are recommending it for "everyday use." However, I also know the rules are different for people who have had weight loss surgery. So, if you aren't in exactly the same position as Latinmami0511, please do some checking and see if it's applicable for you before you try it.

I agree with Pandasmom, this nice woman writes she had sleeve gastrectomy 4 years ago and is trying to reduce slightly to regain her goal weight. Weight loss surgery effects people in different ways and her requirements are different than most. Be careful before jumping on her program.

@pandasmom @HCB Thank you, I should have maybe have clarified that I do have a different calorie intake requirement due to surgery and needed to find something (I'll say it again) as a guide to help me lose the regain. Most of portions recommended in the plan actually fill me up. That being said I think anyone can use it as a reference as to what to eat and adjust it according to their needs
