I believe the anti-inflammatory diet is the way to go..
Been drinking only Acqua-Panna spring water in glass bottles... great taste...slightly alkaline...no flourides etc.

Hi Jen,
Welcome to FS and congratulations on wedding and weight control project.
The wine is fine, just get a good balance between Fat and Protein.
My VA nutritionist told me to eat 50gm of fat and 50gms of protein per day.
Your needs may be different ...do some research on that...I was able to easily lose 35 lbs in a few years.. if you keep calories to FS recommendation's you will lose for sure 100%... guaranteed

Protien Ideas???
Hi wasinger,
Well since Stevia is natural, been used for a long time
without any bad "press" and since it tastes fine ( to me )
I think it is a better safer way to go.
