I believe the anti-inflammatory diet is the way to go..
Been drinking only Acqua-Panna spring water in glass bottles... great taste...slightly flourides etc.

Correction not % should be gms the breakfast gives fat gms = protein gms

Hello all...
I just invented/discovered
a very great Anti-inflammatory breakfast ... great balance
50gm fat 50gm protein

1/2 cup Steel cut (the most anti-inflammatory) organic oats
2 table spoons Now Foods Golden Flaxseeds

I mix in a little Stevia and a heaping tablespoon of Ceylon
cinnamon ( the very healthiest kind of cinnamon.. look it up )

Sometimes I put a 20gm lump of "Naturally Nutty" organic Almond butter on top of it. It has vanilla and stevia in it ... VERY VERY BEST almond butter ever. I get it on Amazon

Super yummy experience !!!!!!!

Lose 40 lbs before July Wedding
Hi Jen,
Welcome to FS and congratulations on wedding and weight control project.
The wine is fine, just get a good balance between Fat and Protein.
My VA nutritionist told me to eat 50gm of fat and 50gms of protein per day.
Your needs may be different some research on that...I was able to easily lose 35 lbs in a few years.. if you keep calories to FS recommendation's you will lose for sure 100%... guaranteed
