Protien Ideas???
Hi wasinger,
Well since Stevia is natural, been used for a long time
without any bad "press" and since it tastes fine ( to me )
I think it is a better safer way to go.

On an other matter ... sunlight importance and vit D etc...

We are light deficient in the Northeast.
Do any of you have experience or info about real actual ( not theoretical ) benefits of full spectrum lighting ?
Here is one supplier / source: http://lightenergycompany.com/lightenergy/lamps.cfm?custID=50557429
If you know about these lamps ( or others ) please post about it and or or email.
I heard that the Chromalux lamps really do not get the job done... they are missing the good UV components ...( UV A and B are good and UV C is the bad UV ) My email is len777@roadrunner.com

Protien Ideas???
PS re my last post.. the percentages listed below are handy guide.

.............Fat 60-65g,..............................Carbs220g.........Protein 60-70
..................=<30%...................................55-65%..................... 15-20%

My concept in general is:
I eat what I want .. within reason Smile
and then write it down... later I enter the data into Fatsecret.. then I tweek my next meal to get closer to my ideal balance. It is like looking at the dashboard in your car and seeing that you may need to add some oil or water etc.
For example today I was way out of balance so I added a 100 g Maple Grove's waffle ( it is awesome ) and added some jam ... It got the numbers back on target. Please take a look at my diet for today ( Sun. Jan 5, 2014 )... I will work on finishing off that mega waffle during the day.
