Feeling crappy after a pretty enjoyable weekend. My tip for everyone: never drink champagne on a Sunday night. Words of wisdom right there. I still feel hungover. But, I did toss the leftover Italian food I had for dinner this weekend and ate oats for lunch instead. On a slow road to recovery. Think my exercise today will consist of a nice long yoga session, while I try not to nap on the mat. Dinner tonight and lunch tomorrow will be a nice light miso soup.

I will never forget when my mom wanted to share a bottle of champagne with me..forgot what we were celebrating. All i can say is I threw it all up the next morning. This is why I never drink except for occasion. and I keep it to 1 glass.

Champagne gives wicked bad hangovers. Had one once and didn't drink it again for literally YEARS. Could not bring myself to do it, nor could my husband.
