Feeling crappy after a pretty enjoyable weekend. My tip for everyone: never drink champagne on a Sunday night. Words of wisdom right there. I still feel hungover. But, I did toss the leftover Italian food I had for dinner this weekend and ate oats for lunch instead. On a slow road to recovery. Think my exercise today will consist of a nice long yoga session, while I try not to nap on the mat. Dinner tonight and lunch tomorrow will be a nice light miso soup.
