helloo everybody, i am 6 wks postpartum and trying to lose weight! its a struggle.. gained to much! sometimes i feel so ugly and fat :( hoping i will shed the pounds soon.. goal is 140 pounds right now 176! long road ahead

Try to get your rest, it's hard with a new baby! Try to get some sleep when you can, a well rested body can handle anything!
