Already admitted my pizza binge. :P But I am not too upset with being up .6 . It was really good and one that was baked in a stone oven. Very crispy and yummy.

Off again for the day hope y'all have a great one!

better put on your carb glasses ..me thinks they are slippin down your nose... i do not want you to be sorry so do make the best choices..........pizza toppings has no carbs to speak of just that devil of a crust.......not good for mom either please get a grip ok

it was one meal. and i have been good since. Been nice having mom here and spending time with her. I was not going to get fussed over one meal. It is not worth it especially knowing I would put myself right back on track for the next one.

Not much of a gain and one meal or even one day of enjoying some food diversions doesn't spell disaster. Just get right back on track once done and it's nothing more than an enjoyable time spent with your Mom and that's a good thing!

Good for you not beating yourself up over the pizza ~ That could get messy, LOL! I'm glad you could spend fun time with your Mom. A gain of .6 lbs is no biggy, you know what to do & you're doing it well so just keep it up, & you're doing great! As long as you're aware of where you are & where you need & want to be, & keep to your healthy eating lifestyle change, the weight WILL come off. You're doing great, gal!
