Ihad gained a bit... but have really pulled back on the amount i Eat........
I am near goal and trying to come back down just 10 more... but holding for the most part...I do not give in I only eat my Low Carb... I am on Vacation right now so not sure how things are going..... But I CAN SAY IT IS WORTH IT TO STAY ON COARSE..

folks..... wrap your head around the fact that..REGULAR FOODS are killin' you
and if you truly set your mind to it YOU CAN DO IT........ but it takes a lot of saying NO.. and so many will try to derail you....stick to your guns ..plan ahead..
and no one is trying to get to 120 140... sure would be nice.. BUT.
.. one meal at a time...one day at a time.... be happy with what you are doing... this is for YOU... no one else... YOU are important..... cook foods you can have and the others can do what they like..cook a meat and veggie you can have..or make a nice big salad............ they can fill in the blanks for what they like...you fill up on the foods you are to have...
YOU CAN DO THIS... good luck to all

hello there
folks the info is great... want to add....drink the water it is so important.... eat green veggies.. not just salad. fill up on low carb foods... remember FAT.. keeps you from being hungry.... truly it does... read them labels.... serving size.... carbs -- fiber == net carbs... and be sure to get enough sleep...... plan ahead... egg muffins in the fridge to grab or hard boiled... cook up a pound of bacon on a well sprayed cookie sheet 400* for like 20 min.. watch it
after that... and save that bacon grease to cook with... stay busy... as i am sure you are.... but we will be here to answer any questions...and there are no crazy ???s good luck sending some low carb hugs your way.....

Kinda lost here! a little help?
i know for a fact it is the carbs keeping you hungry
been there done that... i am never hungry on low carb after the frist week or 2
it does take getting used to... read labels.. drink lots of water.. eat lc veggies and meats and eggs... give it time and you will come out on top....

i will be happy to be your...... granny.. yep ,,,I am getting old I will be 73 in a few weeks now... been huge... been thu chemo and stemcell transplant.... and never let up on this way of eating............. and been on this way of living for a long time I would be more than happy to be there for you... anytime .
first off............ there is nothing a women can't do if she sets her mind to it.............NOTHING.. and nothing anyone else says or thinks makes a difference.......you are you.. god made you,, now it is up to you to do him right...........by making the right choices... yea ,,,,we fall of at times but we get right back up... and go again..... NOTHING TASTES AS GOOD AS SMALLER FEELS.... remember that...drink that water..lot's of water............ read them labels... and keep telling yourself you are WORTH IT.... EVERY WEEK DAY HOUR AND MIN...
