I am near goal and trying to come back down just 10 more... but holding for the most part...I do not give in I only eat my Low Carb... I am on Vacation right now so not sure how things are going..... But I CAN SAY IT IS WORTH IT TO STAY ON COARSE..

Do you eat all your calories?
not even much of the berries we can have,, but some at times..
and i am never hungry.. for all i been thu and my age.... i got lots of energy
and the scales come on down.. the best part is i can eat something
low carb if i want something.. i have had a stall for a very long time
but i just kept on keepin' on and slowly it started on down again..
sorta playing catch up i guess.........good luck to everyone...

Do you eat all your calories?
I have never counted calories and eat just low carb and it works flat out hands down WORKS..
if i had to mess with counting i would not do it... I BEEN LOW CARB FOR SEVERAL YEARS NOW..I allow myself about 25 carbs a day mostly in Veggies.... and they all have some...
down from 358 to 138 now it took a long time but slowly it did the trick.. but no on and that starts the process all over again and again/
