I am near goal and trying to come back down just 10 more... but holding for the most part...I do not give in I only eat my Low Carb... I am on Vacation right now so not sure how things are going..... But I CAN SAY IT IS WORTH IT TO STAY ON COARSE..

I do not use organic,, or big name brands..no need really I can see.. and yes..it seems at times like it is not working,, but when the scales does not go down ..most likely you are losing inches..so just stay the coarse..the body is playing..CATCH UP.......do you have a big lot's near you??? I buy A ...gallon of coconut oil there for about 12.00 been using it for a long time now.. do you make fat bombs?? let me know .

my dear you have been thu it for sure but I love your attitude.......I am 74 been thu 2 chemo's and a stem cell transplant and come out on top.on 6 mo check ups now thank you lord...
and I love to cook,,
can, sew, and thrift store shop and make little dresses for africa from pillowcases. and little shorts for the boys... been doing that for years now...yes doing something all the time... at one time way back in 99 I weighted 358 pounds ..I set here today ..at...140 pounds......it has been a long slow process.......but steady.. and I have been maintaining for a long time now... I do not give in.. I stay 20-25 carbs a day and never ever hungry.... so sister I know you can do this one easy peasy... just hang in and hang on and do not get in a rush..

I will be glad to help you thu LOW CARB IS THE ONLY WAY THAT EVER HELPED ME...
I have lost over 200 pounds.. never hungry .. lot's of energy.. and I am 74 years young did this thu 2 chemo's and a stem cell transplant... so folks I do know it CAN BE DONE....
