Ihad gained a bit... but have really pulled back on the amount i Eat........
I am near goal and trying to come back down just 10 more... but holding for the most part...I do not give in I only eat my Low Carb... I am on Vacation right now so not sure how things are going..... But I CAN SAY IT IS WORTH IT TO STAY ON COARSE..

ok.... when you go total Low Carb after a while all the numbers get back in line... it is the reg foods that keep the numbers up there................

But I know me i would not stop at 16 and that is 1/2 of my carbs for the day....
and I do not excercise except to never stop,, once I get up and going for the day..
and i do a lot of walking for sure... and I know for me this is a life long way of eating
and I TOTALLY LOVE IT.. and totally love the size 10 jeans i wear now.. .. when i never
ever in my life was small,,,HUGE ALL MY LIFE....,,,,,,so it is worth it to me to find the foods I love and make them

Gotta ask ... why the dang chips ...they are the problem ...Why not pork rinds with the Avacaoda dip
there are pleanty of choices if you just look for them or ask and someone will sure help you out..
REGULAR FOODS ARE POISON TO YOUR BODY ..A lot of this way of eating is MINDSET.... so how about
you start thinking different,,,, And keep low carb foods at hand,,, when you use up all the carbs in your system you will not have the cravings... I am 72 been at this a long time and when I TOTALLY GIVE UP THE REG FOODS IT GOT SO MUCH EASIER..... I got tried of starting over each week after just a small amount of something they say we can have but boy not my body...NOPE.. 20...25... CARBS A DAY AND MOST FROM VEGGIES...BREAD WAS MY BIG DOWNFALL... just a small amount,,set me off so without that... the weight just kept coming off FINALLY
