Seriously - you are doing fine - just take it easy and tell the coach, yeah oh wow, dude! Hey if you really like bacon...Google the ketogenic approach. it is high fat and low carb, I am seldom hungry and dropping weight.

stress and lack of sleep pack on pounds(I should know lol). Just reducing your stress significantly helps. You are doing fine.

Those health coaches think I'm a bit nuts also! LOL!!! Love your comments! Mine told me I should use margarine (full of chemicals) instead of real butter! NOPE!! That I needed to use fat free cheese (full of other crap) NOPE!! couldn't believe my HDL was off their charts, way high, they couldn't even measure it. Too funny. I refuse to answer their phone calls. But I don't have too as my numbers were too good, so I still get my ins. discount. Grab some really high content cocoa chocolate spread a bit of natural peanut butter on it. Yummy and healthier for you. You also can't eat as much as the chocolate in reeses.

Somehow I can picture this conversation. Am also chuckling - not too much vegan about a dairy farm.

We couldn't afford bacon last payday and my weight loss has slowed. Told DH I needed some this week lol. Go bacon! Go Zen!

I get so excited reading about your new Zen lifestyle. I actually wrote as one of my New Year resolutions to "be more zen" and it looks like you're getting the hang of it!

I'm liking your approach and have found myself paying more attention to each bite of food and less of trying to eat the "right" amounts of protein and carbs and fat. It is helping me to eat less in general. I have also decided to exercise regularly just because it makes me feel better in general and emotionally for completing it--NOT doing it to lose weight because frankly it doesn't seem to make a lot of difference. I can see myself as the healthiest big girl ever. Keep on journaling cause you are inspirational--and fun--and wacky! Git er done!

Ohmigosh! Too funny - what a great way to end my day reading your journal. Glad you are Zenful again! Seriously though ... I really think you are on the right track - we can all learn so much from mindfulness practice.
