TOM and first week of induction is over resulting in a total of 5 pounds lost since 4/1. Celebrated this morning with a cup of fresh honeydew. That means I will probably go a bit over my carb limit today but better for it to be fruit and not something really bad. Hope everyone has a great weekend!
