Started yesterday without weighing first so I guessed 220, but when I weighed this morning I was 209. I reset my start weight for accuracy. I still have a long way to go, but I was happy to see that I hadn't gained as much as I had thought. Had a good day for a first day of induction, but could definitely improve. I didn't eat nearly enough veggies and I got blindsided by the wings at Beef O'brady's last night! I was thinking...no breading+hot sauce= good choice. Right? Well, for carbs it was great because they are 0. For calories? Not so much. I don't know what they put in those things or maybe it's just because they are fried, but OMG! 200 calories for just ONE wing! I had 8! Needless to say, from now on I will be making my own wings at home and just have a salad when I go there.
