One pound drop today, which puts me at 15 pounds lost in these six weeks! I'm officially too small for my "normal" jeans and I notice that I feel stronger and faster when I'm exercising. I'm excited about this milestone.
163.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 2.3 lb a week
