Today I feel awesome. I did 32 min on the stationary bike this morning fasted. I had my awesome eggs/bacon with berries for breakfast. I feel awake and alert. I also noticed my tummy isn't so bloated looking! YAY

Tonight my boyfriend and I are treating ourselves out to dinner so we can take a break from cooking...Treating does not mean bad food in my book. Now that I am seeing and feeling progress I do not want to mess it up with a bad meal.

My mini goal for tonight's dinner:
-Have a salad for appetizer
-Stick to meat and veggies for entrée
-NO BREAD BASKET

YeS! I have a feeling of NO bloat after dropping all the grains and dairy. The Paleo feeling, I call it! Lean, right?

I agree!!!! However I can shamefully say I did have some Swiss cheese slices last night. And I do indulge in heavy cream in my 1 cup of coffee every morning, But before I changed to a paleo lifestyle I consumed more dairy. I must say the change in the amount of dairy I consume now has helped SO MUCH.

I stayed away. I had a tiny nibble of bread and I stoped it at that. Yay!

Good idea. Meat and veggies. I go out to eat often never thought about skipping carbs.

I usually skip the bread at the restaurant but forget that croutons are bread. lol
