Day 1 -> Core Synergetics. Wow. I had forgotten how challenging it can be - even without weights. Hard to believe I used to do this workout and nearly nail every move. Lots of modification today people! I didn't really want to get up at 5:15am...actually got up more to the tun of 5:35am. Amazing how those extra minutes count.
Last night I was on a mission. I sorted through boxes for additional items to go to Goodwill - 7 bags/boxes worth. 3 garbage bags. Stashed most of it in my car to get it out of the house until my husband came home. Oh there will be more going through...but at least the far wall has been gone through -- at least the 2nd time. I'm certain there will be a third. There are still things I would rather store in a box than give away to someone else who could use it. How selfish that sounds. Five and a half hours worth. Couldn't stop until I was done...at like 11:25pm. Nothing like a good plan of action to make one sleep well! :)
Stuck with my plan of a protein shake last night. There was a point I wanted to throw in the towel, but kept to it, then was too busy to think about eating.
More basic housework tonight - company coming over Thursday. Nothing along the lines of 3 hours. Probably an hour tops. Hope to get to bed considerably earlier. Cardio X is tomorrow.
Still didn't get my run in that I wanted. Perhaps another day I can frolic in Hawaii.

At least you're getting things done! A workout after a long night of cleaing, I wouldn't have gotten that in, I'd have used it as an excuse not to do the workout, so good for you!!
