Normally I'm ok with my weight - fatitude with an attitude. I try to just accept it and stick to my eating plan. But today I feel like a whale. I haven't binge eaten in 11 days which is a long time for me. I'm using my tools and making sure I have things to do, also self-talk and mindfulness techniques.

When I start thinking about weight too much it puts me in a dangerous spot b/c I say f-it and binge. Well I am not going to do that so instead I am typing out my feelings to you guys.

OK enough complaining. Smack me back in line gang! Thanks. :)

👋 there, their, they’re. Be reasonable with how much you’re cutting back so you’re gradually losing. If you want to stay on keto use a keto calculator https://keto-calculator.ankerl.com/. Aim for a 10% deficit. Slow and steady Shelly❣️ Use a food scale and measuring spoons so you’re getting accurate numbers. Even I would have a hard time sticking to a 1200 cal diet and I’m probably shorter than you. Best of luck❣️🤗🤗🤗

you sound like me..maybe impatient? I altered my thinking to a goal of 1 pound a week. If I don't I will binge too. Good luck.

I did ok last night. Overindulged on peanuts but didn't let it progress to a full on binge. Thanks for everyone's help!
