Yesterday wasn't too bad. I got a lot done for work and play. I weighed heavy today, blaming woman problems. Always weigh 5-10 lbs heavy during this week. I just keep exercising and drinking water. My mantra this week has been stay positive, stay positive, deep breath, stay positive.

Don't beat yourself up we all have these problems one way or the other, sometimes too much salt adds to the water retention. Getting exercise is key so your doing fine! Hang in there plus ask your trainer for a little cheer while your doing Zumba.

That is funny bc I blamed my weigh in this morning on that as well :) Although I have not eaten the best either. The next week will tell. You are doing the right things, have a great day!

I blame the weight on the carbs. If you try to reduce the carb intake in your diet you will see the weight drop off. 1gram of carbs=too much water retention! But don't worry hang in there.Good luck for tomorrow.
