Wife noticed my thinning waist. That’s were most of my body fat remains. Right around 20% bf. working to get under 15% in the next couple months 💪🏻

Wishing you the greatest of power throughout this stage. 'Mr Ok Now' and 'Mr Six Pack' have had a fight for awhile in my existence. Right now Mr Ok look strong, but Mr Six is building momentum by clearing environmental hindrances.

nicely done sir! question: how are you calculating body fat %? do you have a scale that does it with some degree of accuracy or are you using a different method? I know I'm still above your 20% lol, but I've been casually wondering about checking mine specifically. I know BMI is out the window. last time I weighed 305 or more, I was in pants two sizes bigger than what I wear now lol

Yes- How do you know the BF? Is this that monitoring that your gym does monthly? I would love to know all my stats. I love graphs and charts and bullshit. I think I'll just make up something with colors and numbers and jagged lines for fun.

I get an InBody scan at my gym once a month. I think it’s pretty accurate (enough for me). The graphs are great! I love the data and the charts!

That's cool man. I'm officially jealous of your gym membership 😭 There's a place in Little Rock that does body scans for like $50 I think it is, I just haven't pulled the trigger on it yet lol

My gym really pulled out all the stops to get new members. In the $19 membership, I get gym use, unlimited classes, once a month training/coaching, InBody scans, tanning, hydro massage. It’s a ridiculously good deal. Maybe it’s worth calling around to see what deals are out there.
