Ok frustration setting in.....The guessing game begins??

I am not getting enough sleep? Could that affect my weight loss?
Not enough veggies?
Constipation still?
Getting close to goal?
Too much weight loss too fast?
All of the above!!!! I don't know!

I want the scale to move!!! It's funny how I start losing my conviction to stick to it when I don't have that reward every couple days. In the past couple days I've eaten a few no no's, not really bad stuff but stuff that I know pushes the line for me. I WILL NOT slip back into old habits. I need to sit down and look at my calendar to find out when would be a good day to do a 4-5 day fat fast..... Let's get this show on the road.

Not enough sleep will definitely hurt your weight loss. Take it from me, I'm an insomniac. Nights I can't sleep, no weight loss. The nights I can sleep, weight loss. When you're close to goal, it's harder to lose weight than before becasue there's not much left there. Constipation is something I deal with too, but for other reasons. Though I never tell someone take a laxative, but if it's been a few days, and it's unusual, one won't hurt too bad. I have to take them daily because of a medical condition. Trust me, it's no bueno. Try drinking more water if you don't want to take the laxative, I've been told tea helps relieve things too. Patience, which is something I think I was born without, is also key. It's hard, but it'll work out in the end. Just don't lose hope.

Yes, many things can effect weight loss. The biggest thing for you right now will be the fact that your so close to goal. The last few pounds can be the hardest and take the longest to get off. Patience, persistence and consistency. Keep plugging away. Also exercise can be your best friend, so if you don't and can, you might want to start. Studies show people who exercise keep the weight off much better than those who don't. It can also help get those last few off. Good luck!
