Up down up down......I've seen it before. Trying not to get frustrated....I'm doing nothing different. It should change soon. I have 10 day to reach my next goal. I need to lose three more lbs. We'll see. If I don't meet it it will be the first goal since July that I havn't met.
138.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
