Re-fed last night. 2,864 KCAL. No Lift due to back. After Re-comp, ~2 Day Fast and re-feed, ended up at 10.1% at 196.0#, down 6# of fat and 2.7% in 14 days. Hit 9.9% and goal of 18.8# fat (one less than prior best after last fast) yesterday when depleted. Botched the re-feed again, but not a total disaster. Abs still visible after re-feed. Going to work on stabilizing at this point for a minute. Back to LIFT-EAT-FAST. Back to Lifting EOD. Adjusting fast duration and intake to maintain visible abs.

Take care of your back as long as you have doubts about it. Better to lose some ground, if necessary, than totally screw up. What is your next tweak to your re-feed?

Glad to see your current plan is working for you :) This morning I made a new rule for myself. 'close' counts for horseshoes, hand grenades and dieting :)

@Tom. Just squatted 255# for reps on my bad back. Worked up to it, stayed tight, and found a groove. I find it can be better to (carefully) work through. Time off can tighten things up and decrease mobility IME. Good question wrt the re-feed. I don't know yet. Need to figure out where I want to go from here. Re-feeding lo fat (carbs and protein only) would probably help keep the fat off. Also would make sense to count carbs...
