54 Hours (almost) Fasted; Lower Abs to go...

Waist = 32 1/14". BodyMetrix says 9.9% this morning. That would be a PR. Not calling it official yet. Looks like I got the target weight and hydration right this time. Fasted lifting yesterday under new hi volume/low intensity format. OK. Tweaked lower back, but not while lifting. Manageable, but still tight AF. Blew the fast last night feeding the crew. ~600 KCAL. Still grinding on the lower abs and love handles...

Let's go!

Thanks for checking in! Glad to see that you found a fasted weight lifting that seems to be working (worry about the back!). For me, 4 hours after a 0 carb lunch I went for my usual 5 mile run and felt like crap. If I had 'carbed up' I would have felt great, but if I was totally fasted I would have at least felt 'better' (than eating but not 'carbing up'). Just something I was thinking about as I was barely dragging myself past mile 5 10 minutes slower than my normal fasted pace :( Anyway, 50+ houris a lot. Any fast is a successful fast in my opinion :)

That's great progress, anywhere under 12% is a significant effort!!
