Keyishealth's Journal, 15 July 2018

Yesterday I was not hungry at all, yay! I had an egg/bacon omelet for breakfast at 8am and didn't feel like eating again until 5pm. So happy that the hunger is starting to abate again. My killer is hunger and family stress, so with those down I should do much better.

That’s great! I’m not nearly as hungry once I get all the sugar out of my system. I feel like that’s what a normal appetite should be. :) Best of luck!
