Doing great today! So happy, having landscaping done, waiting for a camper to be delivered tomorrow, and being caught up with work and school (I'm a doctorate student).
I have also found out something about myself, I didn't realize. I know that I eat when family stress happens, but I thought I only over ate, or wanted to over eat when bad stress was in place. Well, today I want to eat, to eat to celebrate feeling great! I am not and will not over eat, but boy do I want to. I want to go get a sundae and deep fried fast food. I'm learning that this is how I celebrated in the past and it has become the habit of how to celebrate. Now, I need to come up with new ways to celebrate, overwhelming, but fun!
