Protein-Pack Oatmeal Cups

You can add chocolate chips or other toppings like nuts, blueberries, etc.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350° F (180° C).
  2. Chop apple into small pieces.
  3. Mix the wet ingredients together.
  4. Mix the dry ingredients together, then combine both with apple.
  5. Grease cupcake pan with coconut oil, then fill each with the batter.
  6. Bake for 15-18 minutes.
  7. Let cool 20 minutes before eating.
