Pork Carnitas

You can turn these carnitas into wraps, by rolling them in corn tortillas with chopped tomatoes and shredded lettuce.

  1. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add pork and garlic, cook 6-8 minutes, turning pork occasionally, until no longer pink in center. Drain, if necessary.
  2. Stir in all remaining ingredients. Cook until mixture thickens and coats pork.
