Morning Smoothie II

A healthy daily smoothie of fruit and vegetables, but you can't taste the vegetables.



  1. Brew the tea and refrigerate to cool.
  2. Blend all ingredients in electric blender.

I use Crystal light (already prepared). About 1 to 2 cups. There was no way to get it to list as "prepared" from the food list available :) enjoy!
