A yummy, low calorie and protein rich sweet banana and cheese dessert straight out of the microwave.

Directions
- Slice banana in half, then slice the half length with and sprinkle with brown sugar (or other flavors like cinnamon).
- Cover with slices of part skim queso fresco, and microwave for about 20 seconds until cheese melts.
