Delicious way to prepare chicken. Here are the things I changed: Used Splenda brown sugar, doubled the lime juice, used Perdue Perfect Portions chicken breast roasted garlic with white wine, and Land O Lakes Light butter with canola oil. As I was cooking the chicken I sprayed it with Pam Butter Spray to keep moist and it browned nicely. This is a nice main dish and we served with just a vegetable (as we are dieting of course) and it was quite filling. My version cut the calories a little also. Thank you ghastlyomg.

Substitued Extra Virgin Olive Oil for the butter. It is high in sugars, so it is important to watch your serving size. Entire family loved it. Can also substitue Worchestershire Sauce with Soy Sauce and it gives it a General Tso Chicken Flavor.

Personally, I don't see why one would need both honey and brown sugar. I would only use the honey and leave out the brown sugar. One source of sugar is enough.

Very good. I didn't have lime so I used lemon instead and it was still really good. My very picky husband loves this.

Outstanding! And not very difficult to make. I used the Splenda brown sugar blend instead of straight brown sugar. We will have this again and again!

The first time I tried this, I got it from one of those instant recipe machines at Family Fare. I love to make it all the time, it's so easy! Especially if you get the frozen chicken tenders so you don't have to do any cutting. Even my husband and 2yo son love this recipe!
