Directions
- Spray skillet with cooking spray. Pre-heat pan.
- Cook chicken breasts for 3 - 5 minutes, or until no longer pink, on medium-high heat.
- Reduce heat. Add tomato with juice, chili sauce, green pepper, celery, onion, garlic, basil, parsley, crushed red pepper, and salt.
- Bring to boil then reduce heat. Simmer, covered, for 10 minutes.
- Best when served over hot rice or boiled potatoes.

I'm not sure what "juice" was supposed to be added with the tomatoes, but I used 1/2 - 3/4 cup of chicken broth for that and also added corn to the skillet. I also only used 1/2 a packet of chili sauce
