No fuss, tasty and easy stir-fry dish using any protein you like.
Ingredients
Directions
- Heat the chicken stock or broth in a non-stick wok over medium-high heat.
- Cut the chicken into strips or chunks and add to the wok (or any other protein choice - tofu, lamb, beef, shrimp). Cook until almost done.
- Agg the vegetables, cayenne pepper and ginger, cook until tender.
- Seperately, quickly scramble the egg and then it mix through the stir-fry thorougly.
- Serve hot.

i took out the asparagus and added zucchini, squash, and mushrooms........i think it needs a little less ginger.....other than that it was a great hit with everyone.........

Even in phase 1 of Fat Flush, I'd avoid the carrots and substitute celery instead...cooke those in last to retain their crunch. Great recipe though!

if you read the book thoroughly carrots are allowed in phase 1 but limit to only 1 serving a day because of the starch content..
