Sensational and hearty bean chili with beef, corn and onion.
Ingredients
Directions
- Brown ground beef.
- Chop onion into desired size.
- Add all ingredients in a large pot.
- Bring pot to a boil, then simmer for 25-30 minutes or until beans are soft.
- Serve, top with low fat sour cream if desired.

Reviews
I made a few small changes (additional seasonings, roasted peppers), only added 1/2 can corn, and used white beans instead of kidneys. Otherwise stuck to the recipe. I served homemade cornbread with the Chili. Very tasty!
