Banana Pecan Muffins

Sweet baked treat for snack.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Mash two bananas in a bowl. Add eggs, vanilla, and maple syrup.
  3. Mix flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and baking soda.
  4. Combine the two mixtures and stir until smooth.
  5. Add chocolate chips and raisins.
  6. Distribute in muffin tins and garnish with remaining banana and pecans.
  7. Bake for 30 minutes.
