Cabbage Soup

Nutritious, low-cholesterol dish.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Dice the onion, peppers, and celery. Sauté in oil until tender crisp.
  2. Add tomatoes, vegetable juice, onion soup dry mix and beef cubes. Simmer for 15 minutes.
  3. Chop cabbage into small pieces. Add to pot and cook for 15 minutes.
  4. Serve or store in jars for later consumption.
