Banana Oatmeal Pancakes

A quick, dairy-free breakfast for kids and adults.

Directions

  1. Blend all ingredients together (except oil, cherries, and honey) for 30 seconds or until incorporated.
  2. Let sit for 2 minutes while pan is heating.
  3. Add oil to the pan. Scoop 1/4 cup batter for each pancake. Cook for 2 mins on each side or until golden brown.
  4. Top with cherries and honey.
