Peanut Butter Cookies

The perfect treat with salty-sweet taste.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Pre-heat oven at 325°F.
  2. Cream butter and peanut butter. Add sugar, egg, and vanilla.
  3. Add baking and pancake mix by sifting. Stir to incorporate.
  4. Scoop a tablespoon batter and place in lined baking sheet. Repeat until the batter is used up. Flatten with a fork.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes or until edges are light brown. Cool completely before removing from pan with a spatula.
